It is a popular worldwide destination and it has everything you want - calm and serene environment, beautiful clean and safe beach and many restaurants, bars and clubs for entertainment. Many important city events take center-stage in this area like the annual "Tortuga Festival" or "Air show." This area of Fort Lauderdale is considered by many to be the "gem" of the city. Great location and responsive host, but the apartment needs serious cleaning and maintenance. Positive: Excellent location very close to the beach. We appreciated that beach chairs and an umbrella were available, which made beach time easier. The host responded quickly when we had Wi-Fi issues. A big plus is the available parking, which is very convenient in this area. Negative: The apartment felt worn and only superficially cleaned. Corners were dirty, and the bathtub was heavily stained and uncomfortable to use. Several fixtures were aging or partially broken. Paper towels were missing despite being shown in the photos. Overall, the place needs proper maintenance and deep cleaning.

Never go here again. Positive: Place was horrible, dirty, and guy upstairs was always pounding on floor and walking alllll night long. Left a day early was horrible. Negative: Everything.

Good location but Appartment would need some work . Positive: Great location . Negative: Sleeping bad wasn’t comfortable for me . Also Appartment would need some updates especially on the wall where paint are falling down .

Positive: La ubicación es perfecta si se quiere estar en una zona tranquila, cerca de una linda playa y algunos buenos restaurantes. Todo estaba prolijo, limpio y el apartamento era lo suficientemente cómodo. Negative: El aire acondicionado del dormitorio hace ruido. Por las temperaturas, lo apagamos y no tuvimos problema, pero tuvimos suerte de que no hacía mucho calor.
