Hey it stinks Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything

Great if you need a roof over your head. Don’t recommend staying here. Positive: Location is great if that’s all you need. Negative: Was told there was No parking an hour before check in. It was not listed in the listing, or else I wouldn’t of booked. I arrived and see sufficient parking spots on site. When I mentioned it they miraculously had parking for a daily fee $$. I declined and left my car at my friends house, so that was extremely annoying. When I got to the room there was a broken dresser, stained lamp shades, walls, and headboards, no curtains only blinds that don’t block out sunlight or give enough privacy.. It costs nothing to have a decent unit.. especially for what they’re renting it out for. I could re store that unit for less than $200. Most importantly it was freezing the week I was there, low 30s-40s and there was NO heating. The AC unit only provided AC! So I had to buy sweats and warm blankets from TjMaxx, I was freezing every night hoping not to get sick. The bed only has sheets. It really is a shame that a special rental property like this is so unmaintained and uncared for. The people above me were stomping and making noise at all hours 10pm-6am. It was definitely the worst stay of my life. Wouldn’t recommend, not even for the location. Not worth it.

Misleading Positive: The place was clean and the location was good. Steps from the beach. Negative: I was disappointed with this company from the start. I booked a one-bedroom apartment, but my reservation was canceled soon after due to double-booking. I was offered another place at the same price, but the options didn’t match my full stay, so I settled for a smaller apartment. The listing photos looked nice, but I wasn’t told until right before arrival that parking wouldn’t be available. This was misleading since the building clearly had a parking lot with empty spaces that other guests were using. The apartment itself was extremely small—more like one room with a bathroom. While it appeared clean, there was a strong, musty, moldy smell throughout. The shower stall was cramped with peeling paint, and the plug-in air freshener looked neglected. The blinds didn’t provide privacy, so I had to hang up a sheet over the window for security. Overall, the lack of transparency, last-minute changes, and poor upkeep left me disappointed with my stay.

Only positive thing is the Awesome Location Positive: location The Manager was great and very accommodating Negative: Wasn't clean Needs to be painted and given a good cleaning Needs actual pictures of where you are staying. It wasn't cleaned properly in years Dirt on the walls and floor

Fabulous Location, unreal value. Positive: Fantastic.

Causy! Positive: Close to the beach! Quiet! Negative: No utensils nor plates or bols to eat! Punched hole in toilet’s door. Gardeners using noisy equipment at 7AM (Wednesday)

Positive: Location was great

Good price for location but bring general necessities if staying more than 1 night. Positive: Very close to the beach/other amenities and host was quick about responding to messages. Negative: There was blood on the frame of the bathroom, no hand soap for bathroom, needs extra towels (just store under the bathroom sink but host did accommodate), and there wasn’t a true kitchenette (just a coffee maker, microwave, and etc. on top of a dresser).
