Loved the location, close to all the bars and places to eat. Overall loved it, would stay again. Positive: There was no breakfast. Location was great. Did not mind the walk to Wilton Drive at all. IT was fairly clean. I loved the layout of the rooms. Great closet, air conditioning was wonderful. Overall wonderful place. Negative: Tub needs some remodeling. Safety bar in the tub was not installed properly. Was sticking out a lot and difficult to get around in the shower with the bar in the way. Only two sets of towels. Two small rolls of toilet paper for 12 days. Shelf in the kitchen looks like it has not been wiped off in awhile or on top of the Fridge. Needs place to sit outside with nice chairs, with umbrella table.

Enjoyed my stay outside of shower and tub. Positive: The price was great, area perfect, and had plenty of space. It was clean too, except for living room rug. Negative: The tub absolutely needs to be replaced and the tile in the shower does as well. It’s old, dirty looking, and furthermore, the tub takes forever to drain. I couldn’t finish my shower without the tub filling up with dirty water above my ankles. Also, the rug in the living room needs to be replaced.

We would stay again. The price point is spot on with what you get. Positive: The friendly staff member that was around to help in any way. The location is excellent if you are there to hang out in Wilton Manors. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Excellent parking option! Negative: The accommodation was priced accordingly but with a few touches it could be excellent. The bedroom is large and could easily accommodate a king bed. This would greatly improve the comfort and stay for two people.

Cute and clean Positive: The location and the amenities were just what we needed. Cute and clean. Negative: The tub drained slowly. So you were standing in standing water while showering.

Positive: El apt se ajusto a la descripción previamente provista. Tenía todas las facilidades en orden. Negative: El estacionamiento deberia tener un anuncio de privado y estar numerado por apartamento. Una noche hubo 2 autos bloqueando a otros. No creo que todos fueran huéspedes.

Great location but very basic. Positive: We loved the location. It is in clorniture proximity to stores, restaurants, and bars. The place has a nice space and standard items needed to have short/long term stay. Negative: The furniture is not comfortable. The bed is a smaller size on a very basic frame. There are markings of chipped tiles in the bathroom and walls. We stayed 5 nights and was only offered the initial cleaning throughout the entire stay.

A very basic apartment in an excellent location. It worked ok for me, and I don't feel ripped off, but it was defin Positive: This is a very well located property and a reasonable value. Negative: The furnishings were not entirely comfortable. The living room futon didn't really double as a comfortable couch. The kitchenware was extremely limited and what was there had seen better days and/or was dirty. The apartment needs a deep clean.

Modern little apartment in great location (please add glasses and spoons!) Positive: The location is perfect for exploring Wilton Manors. The apartment is roomy and nicely furnished. We liked that the floors were not carpeted and very clean. Negative: The kitchen was not equiped well with dishes and flatware. There were just two water glasses and two random different small glasses. There was only one proper spoon! We ended up disposable cups and cutlery to make d The bathtub needs replacing, but it was usable.

Broken bed Positive: It was close to the drive so the walk was not bad Negative: The bed was broken upon arrival. The slats of the bed were previously broken and someone attempted to fix it with tape. I had to sleep on the bed on an angle since the mattress sank through the frame

Un lugar perfecto para vacaciones Positive: Un apartamento muy cómodo, cerca de todo como restaurantes, discotecas, tiendas. Un espacio muy limpio, tiene secador de cabello, lencería, toallas, champú, enjuague y jabón líquido. Lo recomiendo al 1000% Negative: Se puede mejorar los jardines, pintura de la fachada y limpieza del estacionamiento.

Good place to stay. Positive: I had a very short stay , but I really liked the apartment. Clean , remodeled , spacious , everything you need. Checking and check out was very easy. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and a really short walk to the a main commercial area. Negative: I just would recommend installing black out curtains at the room, so guests can sleep better and later. As a courtesy an extended check out time would be very helpful.
