Negative: A few fittings need repair: missing a bathroom towel rack and the bottom slat of the bed missing so unable to sit at the end of the bed.

Overall nice, spacious unit in a great location Positive: This apartment is one of several apartments in this building. It is one of the larger apartments, especially for a one bedroom apartment. It has a very large living area, full sized kitchen, eating area, etc. It also has an outside patio area. The A/C works fine even though it is an older system. The location is also great - short distance to restaurants, nightlife, grocery store, etc. I would consider staying in this unit or some of the larger units in this building. Negative: This appears to be a property that was subdivided into apartments, and some units have internal doors where you may hear noise from other units (similar to if you had hotel rooms with connecting door). You may also hear your upstairs neighbors just as in an apartment complex, so don't expect complete silence. If you're used to apartment living you'll be used to it. The refrigerator is also very very old, quite loud, and runs a lot. Not sure if it even keeps things cold enough and probably needs to be replaced (it is just a simple top-freezer unit). Also note that the bathroom is kind of small and cramped, and the door swings inward. There wasn't any hand soap/bar soap of any kind provided in the bathroom or kitchen, so just used the body wash from the shower dispenser. Finally, the thermostat works fine, but it is installed wrong - it should not be installed on it's side where a person has to turn their head to the side to read it. I'm guessing it is installed on a junction box (which I also have at my house). It can be installed with a Honeywell cover plate assembly to allow for a normal horizontal orientation on a junction box, or if possible just drill holes into the wall in the correct orientation.

Outstanding location Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location and found it to be an exceptional experience. The accommodation was impeccably clean and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear, helpful communication throughout our booking process. We particularly appreciated the comfortable amenities that made our visit feel like a home away from home. The location was also very convenient, offering easy access to many attractions. We felt very welcomed and well-cared for during our entire stay. This booking truly exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay.

My 2 cents Positive: It is a nice and spacious flat in a very good neighborhood. The air conditioning was good besides having bad reviews from other hosts. Beds and sofa were comfortable and they had also pretty much things in the kitchen for a self cooking if you are up to do it. Negative: We asked if it was possible to check-in earlier which didn't happen but that is ok... The thing is we've arrived very early in our first day there after a long journey and the check-in time was supposed to open at 3 pm. We noticed the cleaner arriving at 2:30 pm to clean all the flat which for sure wasn't enough time. She asked for more 30 min which actually took longer... I've spoken directly to the manager as she said and he wasn't so friendly saying it would take only 10 min which actually became 2 hours. After that she also forgot to put extra linens and towels for the 3th occupant which took the waiting time even longer... Also the other hosts in the unit were very noisy during the night, listening to loud music and singing. So if you don't mind about time and sounds you're clear to go.

Positive: Location was excellent a sort walk to local day and nice main bedroom lounge area and kitchen. Negative: There were loads of threats of fines which made us fill uncomfortable. There was a massive legal document re noise. We gather there have been issues, but felt very unwelcome due to this. I would tailor your pack to say we have had issues previously and noise has been an issue give some background as to why you are so strict. We were out most of the time so not an issue. The bathroom is very dated and didn't feel clean and finally we had someone sleeping in the lounge area and there was no blind or curtain so thus needs to be resolved.

Amazing experience and very convenient location!! A 😊 Positive: Location was amazing as were the neighbors and neighborhood. Plenty of space, very quaint and cute outdoor space. Overall very wonderful experience. Negative: The air conditioning was not working properly. Living room, dining area stayed very warm. Temp was reading 75 on thermostat. Luckily we were out most of the time as location was so convenient to everything. However, at night it was a little challenging. I did not contact property manager for resolution.

Loved this place Positive: This place is a hidden gem, I've stayed a few times and always had a positive experience. The check in process is easy and efficient, however the hosts respond quickly if you have any problems. The apartments are updated and have everything you need to cook, relax, etc. great value for the money. Negative: The couch is pretty uncomfortable but that's about it.

A great apartment for a short stay Positive: The apartment was in central a central location. It was a pretty big apartment than what I expected. The host was easy to reach out to if I needed anything. Negative: The only thing I did not like was that the mattress was hard. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.

Good value for the price - we'll be back ! Positive: Clean, efficient, comfortable unit. Close to shopping and ten minute drive to downtown and beach/hotel strip. Very quiet neighborhood. The host was very attentive and handled concerns quickly. Negative: The unit is a bit dated, but they're working on that.

Contemporary furnishings, frash appearing and spacious unit. But beyond that, more attention to detail is called for. Very skimpy amount of cooking/dining supplies. A nice Oster blender, but lacking in the basics. Some drawers in the kitchen and bathroom were off their tracks. The maintenance man fixed them, but they came off again the next time I opened them. The handle on the dishwasher door was off. The supply of towels and washcloths in the bathroom was inadequate for the length of my stay. There is a washer and dryer on the premises, but the dryer was clearly out of order, and I didn't try the washer, as it would have been pointless without a dryer. This required that I make two trips to a laundromat. In addition to the price per night listed in VRBO, there is a "host fee", a "service fee", and a cleaning fee, which add up to a considerable amount. What in the world the "service fee" was for, I have no idea, in that there was no service. Despite these considerable additionaI fees, I was told it was not the host's responsibility to leave paper towels in kitchen for guests. There also was nohand soap at the kitchen sink. There is a double sink in the kitchen, but a dish drainer below the sinks is too large to fit in one of the sinks. If you want to do some half way serious cooking, and perhaps entertaining, this place is not for you. If you want a place for a few days and are ok with the nightly price plus the added fees, then go for it. It is close to "The Drive".
