Horrible Positive: Nothing Negative: Their treatment of their patrons

Negative: There were 20 people staying in the room below us and fighting all night.

No value, overpriced, needs some tlc, the property is for sale, could be the reason their not investing in remodel? Positive: Location Negative: door lock was very challenging bathroom needs update, bathtub in poor condition

Could have been a grand slam but merely eeked out a home run. Positive: Location was great Negative: The utensils were somewhat there but not a single dish other than a coffee cup or 2. The detail cleaning was negligible. I had to clean the bathroom and fridge my first night.

Great for solo travel or 2 people for short stay Positive: Great location quiet neighborhood Negative: Walls were paper thin, could hear the guest next door. Property had a funny smell every time the guest next door cooked. The AC started to leak after turning it off

She got kicked out when prices went up Positive: Rented it for my aunt Negative: I don’t know she said it was OK

OK. Nothing great to say. Positive: Cute apartment. Excellent location. Negative: Bathtub is old and bathtub floor pealing. Has been painted. Needs to be refinished. Very ugly. Towels are old and thread bare. Cleaning company could clean the outdoor patio. Bird poop on both of the outdoor Adirondack chairs. Cobwebs all over the front door. Patio dusty & dirty. Looks like outside hasn’t been cleaned in months. Have the cleaning company sweep & clean the doorway. Also, ceiling fan & ceiling light did not work. The property bought a little 12 inch table fan. Maybe the property managers should have a checklist after each guest to make sure place is entirely cleaned and everything works ???

Positive: Everything: the place, location, the neatness, and especially the price!!! Negative: Simply cannot think of anything I did not like-

Wunderschöne Zeit Positive: Alles sauber , ordentlich, super Service , schnelle Abwicklung Schlüssel frei ! Es mach alles viel einfacher eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Das Internet ist super schnell die Klimaanlage funktioniert top . Wunderschön Apartment gut eingerichtet in einer sehr gute Nachbarschaft nur 10 Minuten von las Olas und einige Orte in fort Lauderdale, das Meer ist auch nicht so weit. Hier fühlt man sich wie zu Hause . Ich werde gerne immer wieder kommen . Vielen Dank für 4 wunderbare Wochen bei euch und auf schnelle Antwort wann ich immer ich ein Wunsch frei hatte .

Perfect place to stay Positive: Very clean and really nice.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future. Positive: The locations. As promised in the title, it is a short walk to the Drive. The property was clean, bright, and comfortable. Negative: No response from the hosts. Called and left a message on my arrival about an hour early and never received a response. My call was during business hours on Friday. I was able to enter property at the scheduled hour, but had difficulties with the keypad lock. If they are not going to respond, I suggest that they provide directions for the auto check in prior to arrival.

Wonderful! Positive: Location, Decoration, Privacy, Very Confortable. I liked the place a lot and I will stay there again. Negative: A lot of Water drop from the AC unit constanty /non-stop onto the rectangular table, the whole time I was there.. I had to deal with bowls / empty bowls, once or twice a day and with covering the table with towels. Other than that, very satisfied.

I enjoyed the stay and may return. My comments above are so you may improve your offering Positive: Location location location. Good value for money. Very clean Negative: The furnishings could be of better quality. The bed could be a better mattress. Provide and easy chair for sitting Quality of towels was poor. Do something to mask the door to adjoining rooms, other than putting the frig in front of it

It is very close to Wilton Drive. Don't need a transport to go anywhere Positive: Being very close Wilton Drive Negative: I liked everything
