Apartment 6 Positive: It's a quiet street, short walk to the Drive. Negative: The apartment described at booking was there, but it was not the apartment I got. I walked to the back building, not realizing that my unit, #6, was in the back through an alley-ish. It was described as Unit 5 is, but only two of the six fit that script, and that's loosely. It was clean, I could hear the ceiling fan rubbing before I opened the door, but the little AC kept the room cool, so that stayed off. It had a nice little cubby kitchenette with a hot plate, none of which I used. The bed was firm. It's a good place if your plan is to be out and not relaxing in. It's a sufficient base camp. The other units looked more accommodating than mine. I'm not disappointed. The price compared to everywhere else made it a good deal.

Great location near the Drive near dining and shopping Positive: The location is very convenient, near Wilton Drive. The unit was very clean and in mostly in good repair. Negative: Needed more power outlets, and also maybe at least one chair vice just the two small stools.

Simple, sweet, and always a treat! Positive: As a former local that returns back often, it felt like I never left being here. The location is ideal for the area as almost everything and everywhere is walkable. The neighborhood is quiet and just 5 minutes walk to the central area of Wilton Manors. I ususally stay with friends when in the area but this unit was good for an easy stay and bare necessities of a personal space. Negative: The unit has a tv that I tried to watch one night but I couldn't figure out how to get any channels on, and perhaps because I'm not a tv person that I didn't invest much energy/effort into trying or caring but aside from that no qualms that I took issue with.

Positive: Clean, welcoming, and parking included. Private location very close to Wiltin Drive. Negative: It took a minute to find unit 6. The entrance is on the opposite side of other units and not marked on the front of the building.

Positive: Clean, quiet and comfortable. Negative: The bed was a little squeaky but the mattress was comfortable.

I would recommend this location to any one looking for a great place to stay during their vacation Positive: I liked the amazing customer service, they are extremely helpful and I just really appreciated my easy interactions with them! . The area was beautiful and peaceful as well and it’s a short walk from literally everything . This was my first time in Florida and it will not be my last! Every time I come, I hope I’m able to stay here again!!!!!

Great location a few small fixes needed. Positive: Great location and the apartment was clean and funky. Negative: Listing says there is a washing machine in the unit. It's not, it's a shared laundry room for all the units and was broken. No dish towel provided. Sloppy paint job in an older unit. Front door. To open or close you have to lean on the door, so a few small fixes and the apartment would get a 10.
