Quiet ! Positive: Location was great. Dead end street, very quiet. Parking right in front of the building. 2 blocks from Wilton Drive. Would stay there again. Was there for a car show, so was not in the room much. Negative: Actually insignificant items. Did not use internet as I could not find the codes. Used phone instead. No soap in the bathroom. Like I said...insignificant to me.

Great property, at a perfect location! The unit was clean and had everything we might need. Property management was easily reached thru the app and responses were very quick.Will reserve again.

Good communication from host but place needs some upkeep. Hole in wall, damaged paint throughout, bathroom needs a complete overhaul. Great location if you are hanging out on wilton drive.

Worst experience I’ve ever had Negative: This place is a fraud! AC unit blows HOT air to the point I did not even stay at this place because of the heat explained this issue and was basically called a liar. I do not recommend booking with this property.

Relaxing stay. Positive: It was clean and close to everything. Perfect location! Negative: I have no complaints.

It was a good value for the money. Positive: Location was great. Negative: We had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. We had to go buy our own body wash.

Close the action… but far enough away to experience the Wilton Neighborhood Positive: Love this property and I continue to stay at this rental property “Just Off Wilton Drive” apartments due to the proximity to the Drive! Negative: Nothing really. Excellent stay!

Unit as described. Internet and TV slow and choppy. The main soap dispenser in shower was missing. Good location and ez in and out.

Charming Studio Apartment Positive: Studio was really charming and location was just perfect. Negative: Building itself was pretty small. Would’ve been perfect if it had a pool area and parking for at least 2 cars.

Spacious,Neat and clean room. Kitchen equipped with basics for snacking or even light meal prep. Quiet end of 9th ave. We walked to the bars and clubs several times.

Positive: Great location Negative: Bit worn, needs to be updated.

It did the trick Negative: The television kept asking for a code ?? The light above the dining table wasn’t working . There was no full size ironing board available .

Pleasant Negative: After buying fresh fruit and cream for coffee etc. only to find the refrigerator did not work.

The place was acceptable. the host was rude and argumentative when I told him about a problem Positive: after turning on the lights we noticed a large puddle of water on the floor of the "kitchen". I called the number cuz no mop available. the host asked me about the refrigerator which apparently defrosted because someone left the door open. he asked if I would just clean it up with a hand towel. when I told him it was more bath towel size he said he couldn't give me new towels until "tomorrow". SO I mentioned I was paying to stay there and he expected me to either not shower or walk through a puddle of water all night. He then rudely said "so don't clean it Up" and I'll send someone in 2 hours. We went out and when we came back it was cleaned up. NOTE HOWEVER, there's a $90 cleaning fee which was more than the cost of the unit. No offer made to refund part or whatever. It would've been a reasonable stay except for this attitude and ultimately rip off in terms of the cleaning fee Negative: there need to be more plugs. for example there was a coffee maker and no place to plug it in at the kitchen counter. I moved it to a night table next to the bed to access a plug

The process of renting the Wilton Manors apartment was extremely easy! The Coco Del My at team was prompt with all messaging!! The unit was clean and the picture online was the exact same!

Positive: Quiet private neighborhood, Tony from management was very supportive. Negative: Apt needs a deep clean, cleaning staff could of done better

Positive: Perfect place, perfect location!

Comfortable, clean, place, in a great location, that needs a little work in the shower. Negative: The shower was in poor condition. It was in desperate need for a new mixing valve that works properly and a modern shower head with a removable handle; especially since the mounting height is so low. There was also no body soap in the shower, just.a jug of shower cleaner, so we had to go out and buy soap.

Overall the experience was not bad. I would stay here again. Positive: The property is close to a lot of the popular areas and bars. The location is very good for me. There was a few dust in some places in room but overall it was clean. I think it needs a little more work in the unit to make it look more modern and update but it is not a bad place at all. I was comfortable for my whole stay though I did not get to do what I had planned but overall I would stay here again. Despite all the negatives I listed none of them was that bad to the point where I would never book again. Negative: The bathroom drainage did not drain well. The water took a while to drain even when I turn the shower off. The coffee machine was not working and some of the lights were not working in the unit. There is a small mirror beside the bed but you can’t really use it because it’s hard to see without any lights in the center near that spot. There was a few dust in some creases that was not attended to by housekeeping staff prior to arrival and it was evident. Also the remote worked on and off. Sometimes it works really well and then another time it does not change the channels.
