In the middle of everything Positive: Location is fantastic. Just. Few minutes walk to everything Wilton Manors has to offer but super quiet no matter when you’re back in the apartment. Negative: It is a little dark but that could be because I prefer really light rooms.

Near everything you might need Positive: Great location off the strip. Simple but efficient. Would rent again for sure.

Negative: No heat, lighting wasn't great. Neighbors were up all night blasting the TV could hear it loudly

Positive: The decorations were welcoming Negative: The bathroom shower drained slowly

Positive: The bed was comfortable and for the most part was quiet. Negative: The pictures looked nothing like the pictures the tub was gross , the bathroom was nasty, the back door was missing blinds , the walls were scratched up , dead bugs molded to the ceiling, there was a beeping going on in the apartment , and every so often you could hear a walkie talkie voice in the apartment , we checked out two days early …

The place needs a little love. Positive: Location to the LGBTQ community Negative: No chair or sofa, smoke detector was not there, description of the property was not accurate.

Positive: The drain in the tube was slow going down. The larger refrigerator had a bad order. The rest of the apartment was outstanding.
