Overall, this was a clean, well-located stay, and I enjoyed my visit. Positive: I stayed for 6 nights and overall had a great experience. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen amenities were clean and nice. The location was excellent, with easy access to the bars and restaurants in Wilton, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the area. Negative: The only downside was the bed. The mattress was not very comfortable and was quite squeaky, which affected my sleep. Other than that, everything else was great.

Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay. Positive: Good for a short stay Negative: Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the filth of the place. It’s fine for a short, cheap stay, but not long. The bed is very uncomfortable. There were boogers stuck to the curtains and soap dispenser, that they couldn’t be bothered to refill, nor the shampoos or conditioners. The dishes were not cleaned, there was soap that could have been easily cleaned off the shower. The paint is peeling all over the shower and hair wrapped in the drain so the water wouldn’t drain properly. Our tv and phones kept disconnecting to the wifi so it wouldn’t work. And the stove that was provided had grease and whatever else was cooked on it previously. Me and my boyfriend were told we weren’t able to check in until 3pm so the cleaning lady’s could clean, nothing was cleaned. And as a tourist there is not much to do in the area either, Atleast in walking distance. Not implying any negativity towards the community but the area has a very specific setting focused on the LGBTQ that I was unaware of, so there wasn’t much for me and my boyfriend to do or look at in the area as we aren’t a part of that community.

Good location, terrible service Positive: Good location, basic but clean. Most amenities included. Negative: No toilet paper was provided despite the description saying it was. Upon noticing, immediately contacted the owner using booking’s messaging app (which they had previously communicated through) and was not provided a response. I had to walk to purchase toilet paper myself, wasting time and incurring additional expense. The owner did respond the next day but insisted there were always 2 rolls, when in fact there were none. Terrible responsiveness and inability to address very simple problems. Would not recommend any property from this team.

Good location Positive: The location is great.. walking distance to restaurants and shops.. overall fine! Pretty quiet and comfortable Negative: It could use a bit of attention to detail as far as cleanliness and painting.. it needs some love in certain spots such as the bathroom! The pillows were a bit dirty and the bathroom needs some work.. no drinking glasses in the kitchen only coffee cups.. the tv remote only works part way, you can only Turn on/off the tv by the actual tv or raise or lower the volume..
