Positive: Big size studio. Good water pressure and hot water. Relatively close to Wilton Drive.. Negative: Mattress was about 3 inches thick and hard as a rock. Pillows were lumpy so I had to buy one. Tub drains super slow when you shower. Wifi info was wrong so I had to contact the staff. No broom, mop or even a kitchen towel to keep place clean while you stay..Bathroom needs TLC. Bare minimum silverware, cutlery, pot and pans. No comfortable chair or sofa to sit on. To turn on the ceiling fanyou have to stand on top of the bed. I would only stay again if they get a comfortable mattress and pillows.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Positive: Only the location. Wilton manor is a very nice part of FLL Negative: Pretty much everything. The unit was not clean . Floor gritty (couldn't walk barefoot even if I wanted to) . Hair in the shower. Although it the description it stayed that the unit would be cleaned . In the description it also stated that I was supposed to be provided with extra toiletries (paper towel and toilet paper) . I only received one of each. When I contacted the property the only offered to send out the same cleaning service that was supposed to clean the unit initially before I arrived . Also there was a sletchy back door to the unit . That was not described nor listed in the description. That's completely unsafe for any traveler, especially a solo traveler. The bed broke the second to the last day. The pillow's were super flat with stains in the cover . It's ridiculous that I had to go out and purchase things like toilet paper, paper towels and towels . This was a first and a last for me. If I wasn't so busy for the duration of my stay I would've taken photos .

It was what it claimed! Positive: Was very convenient to Wilton manors. Quiet. Had kitchen and surprisingly adequate utensils for cooking. Never met a proprietor so can’t “rate” the staff. Negative: Nothing.

Convenient location. Positive: The property was in a good location . Walking distance to most restaurants and shops . In room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable very low and very hard . Missing utensils. We had 1 fork no paper towel. Negative: Missing utensils. No paper towels. The bed was uncomfortable very low and hard .

Positive: It was such a good size, lots of cooking and cleaning supplies, ample amounts of everything, easy check-in, everything was comfortable, looked good, and was good value. I would cosnider staying again.

Eh. Most likely won't stay there again. Positive: Clean, good location Negative: The bed was super uncomfortable. No door code was provided in email. Took 20 minutes to get the code. Property manager was not interested in a solution. Zero customer service skills.

Could have been better. Positive: The AC worked fine, and the place was clean. There was plenty of parking. Negative: The bed slats were on the floor on one side of the bed and needed to be replaced before it could be used. They fell again when we were packing to leave. The utensils for eating consisted of 1 fork, 2 spoons, and 3 soup spoons. There were no didshtowels in the kitchen. While there was a coffeemaker, there were no filters. The tub was very slippery and lacked a bath mat. The owner was informed of this the first day and, while acknowledging the notification, did nothing to remedy any of the above.

Enjoyable Positive: Great location Apartment had everything I needed

Good location and clean. Bed way too hard. Must be cheap. Negative: The bed is too HARD. The room is too BRIGHT at night - hard to sleep. The lights outside are very bright. Need to add some blackout curtains on the front window and back door. The toilet paper holder is broken. The shower curtain holder is very tacky in the way it anchors into the wall - a bit broken and low class.

Positive: This place is a hidden gem, just off the drive, and you can't beat the price for the money. It's always quiet and the place was clean. Negative: Not really the fault of the property, but some of the guests kept smoking by the windows and the smell was coming inside.

Cheap, quick, easy. Positive: Easy walk to places. Negative: Could have had a better bed.

Positive: Excellent attention, communication, flexibility, space unit, quiet area, privacy. In short my experience was excellent. I would definitely stay there again next time. 😃

Negative: Only coffee and sugar was provided. No milk, tea bags or cream. This needs to be improved.

Not a place I’d ever stay again Positive: Location only Negative: I was hit with the smell of bleach as soon as I open the door. Then found out the toilet was blocked and had to wait for the guy to come the next morning to unblock it who didn’t even have the proper equipment.!! A very cold and uninviting apartment dark because of the trees outside always had to have the light on hated that! Cheap bedding, not even a mattress protector on the bed . Couldn’t put the blinds up. Due to their not being any chords to pull it up, couldn’t even open the window to get some fresh air..
